Good Morning,

I need a W-9 form from your company so I can set you up as a new vendor. Where can I get in touch with someone to send me the form? Thank you!

I strongly suspect that your Form W-9 is particular to whatever country you live in. Have you considered that the Arduino business may not be based in your country?
