I'm new to Arduino and not well versed in programming period.  I'm trying to upload some firmware changes in Marlin for my 3D printer because I keep getting heating errors that cause a forced reset.  However, I'm currently unable to upload the firmware.  COM port and board version are correct.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Happy Easter everyone!

Windows 10
Anet A8 Plus
Using Arduino 1.8.9, and downloaded latest version of Marlin from the website.  Flash is up to date, cables are brand new.
