Hi everyone.
Is there a way to add a comment at the top of every new project that I start?
Like copyright and name?

Code: [Select]
// Code created by Name Surname on xx/xx/xxxx.
And then everything, but without pasting it from my notes every time?
Thanks

No technical PMs.
The last thing you did is where you should start looking.

The concepts apply. You need to smart enough to figure out how to use a Mac, or you'll need to take it back.

I just don't find that file in the Arduino's folder

If you can open the Bare Minimum example, the file exists somewhere on your computer.

Yeah this is one of the least intuitive things about the Mac Arduino IDE.
Go to your Applications Folder and find the Arduino application.
Right click on it.
Select "Show Package Contents"
Then navigate to Contents / Java / examples / 01.Basics / BareMinimum

In there you'll find the BareMinimum.ino file that loads when you start a new sketch.
I don't think there's a way to automatically generate the date though.

Thank you! But it's an read-only file... What do I have to do?

Oh yeah sorry I forgot it's in a read-only folder.

Hold down [cmd ⌘] and drag BareMinimum.ino to the desktop
Open and edit the version that's on the desktop.
Save it.
When you're done, drag it back from the desktop to to its original location.

It prints me out the read-only message like before
