BLE HM-10 as Serial Monitor: is it possible?

Hi guys,
I'd like to connect a BLE module (HM-10) to my Arduino serial and after pair the device with my laptop and/or mobile I'd like to receive dump messages like having a bluetooth Serial Monitor.
Is it possible? How to do it on Windows 10 and Mac OS Mojave?

Hi

 No, you can't  : No standard 'Serial Profile' in BLE , so no drivers in OSes

HM-10, nRF.... each constructor has 'his' solution.

Serial emulation is only possible between two HM10 or between two devices with same services/characteristics configuration for serial emulation
