Hello, I am a rookie, still do not quite understand everything that is programming.
- I want to set up 28BYJ-48 stepper motor with a ULN2003A driver.
(IN1<->8, IN2 <-> 9, IN3 <-> 10, IN4 <-> 11)
- I want : 7 rpm
- and "turn left 5 minutes(wait for one second)- turn right 5 minutes(wait for one second) - repeat for 3 hours - rest 6 hours then repeat."
- you can write source code
I'm not very good at speaking English

We are not going to write code for you but we will try to help if you post a program that you are having a problem with - and describe the problem clearly.

There are many Threads on the Forum about 28BYJ48 stepper motors.

For the timing have a look at how millis() is used to manage timing in Several Things at a Time.

And see Using millis() for timing. A beginners guide if you need more explanation.

PS  Don't power a motor from the Arduino's 5v pin - it cannot provide enough current. Give the motor a separate power supply with a common GND with the Arduino. A pack of 3 x AA alkaline cells (4.5v) should be suitable for testing.
Two or three hours spent thinking and reading documentation solves most programming problems.
