I only managed to get down to Old Trafford to see them three times this season, tickets are hard to get but I had a work colleague who had a season ticket and he let me have it on a few occasions he was out of the country. Sadly we both got made redundant at the same time so I am no longer in touch.
My first visit to Old Trafford was when my Grandfather took me to see them when I was 9 in the 1950s. It was a 5th round cup tie and there was never a ball kicked because of the fog, you couldn't see from one side of the ground to the other let alone end to end. I went to see the league game the following week and saw Bobby Charlton play when he still had hair!
