What camera board?

What is an ELB-REV4?

Please post links to their datasheets.

Please see (and respond to) the final paragraph in Reply #1

Don't assume that people are familiar with the products you want to use.

First if you want help, you provide a working to link to the ELB-REV4.
I cannot be bothered to hunt down this information.
Robin2 is too polite to write this, but I am not.

Second, there is not such thing as an "Arduino camera board".
There are boards with cameras that can be used with the Arduino.
Again, provide a working link to the one you are considering.

The Arduino camera module in the link http://www.arducam.com/downloads/modules/OV2640/1Inch4_2_Megapixel_OV2640_CMOS_Camera_Module_REVB_DS.pdf has the Dout pins and Href, Vsync, pclk, xclk and i2c pins which can be connect to the ELB-REV4  in order for the camera module to work
