Help for my arduino project

I am doing an arduino project. But when I wanted to check my project, mistakes were made. I managed to solve some but not all. Could you help me ?

Yes, obviously mistakes were made. The most obvious one is you ignoring the "How to use this Forum" sticky, or if you did read it you failed to follow the instructions. The .zip attachment is another one. A meaningless post is the third mistake. If you fix those, we may be able to offer help.
