Arduino UNO actually support 5v Relay, but my queston is can I use 6v relay with arduino ? Need any extra power supply ?

I would not use that 6V relay, as per the non-provided for spec sheet link.

Please explain what you mean my "support". With a transistor and an external power supply, the Arduino can control a 6 volt relay. Is that what you mean?

"support" means arduino has 5v power supply not 6v. I want to mean that.

Yes, Can it switch with 6v without any external power supply?

Only if you can get magic to work for you!

Why not use batteries to give you an external power supply around 6 volts?
