i am already in dialouts and everytime i try uploding sketch its says 

avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "/dev/ttyACM0": Permission denied
 

i am using Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS os so anyone that can help i have given every permission to the user and nothing at on point i got this messge cannot open source file serial.ada

Is your user a member of the dialout group? That is required to use serial ports under most linux distributions.

OP said that that is the case ;) He/she did not say if he/she logged out and logged in again after adding to the dialout group.
