I'm new to MKR boards(MKR WAN1300), Any idea how can I get BOM list for MKR WAN 1300 Board.
Arduino doesn't share their BOM. You'll need to extrapolate your own BOM from the Eagle board design files provided on the "Documentation" tab of the MKR WAN 1200 product page:
