Arduino Store really needs phone support.

My order arrived damaged, and it's been almost three weeks of emailing Arduino Support but no replies.


Have escalated as best I can from here.
They are back in the morning.

It may not be the answer you were looking for but its the one I am giving based on either experience, educated guess, google or the fact that you gave nothing to go with in the first place so I used my wonky crystal ball.


Phone support costs money - a lot of it.  If Arduino Store added phone support, the price of the board would make them uncompetitive.  Just buy another board and work on getting the first one replaced in the background.
