Topic: after upload, arduino 8266 doesn't start running without pushing reset (Read 1 time) previous topic - next topic

I have Arduino IDE running on two different PCs.  The board has an 8266 chip.  I am running Arduino 1.8.9.  The two setups work differently.

The 8266 (on the first PC) starts executing after compile/upload.
The output looks like output1.jpg (attached)

The 8266 (on the second PC) requires pushing reset after compile/upload to start 8266 ececution.
The output looks like output2.jpg (attached)

I prefer the first (8266 starts without need to push 8266 reset).

How can I make the other PC cause this?
