Topic: ArduinoBearSSL - adding root certificates (Read 1 time) previous topic - next topic

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to add a root certificate to the ArduinoBearSSL library's trust anchors list?

I saw a note on the bearssl documentation that says you can use the "brssl command-line tool" but I have no idea where to even start with that...

That file is generated from the contents of this directory:
https://github.com/arduino-libraries/ArduinoBearSSL/tree/master/extras/TrustAnchors

You should build the Bear SLL project (https://bearssl.org/#download-and-installation) on your PC to get the "brssl" program.  Navigate to your extras/TrustAnchors directory and run brssl with the 'chain' argument to generate a new BearSSLTrustAnchors.h file that you can put in your source directory.
