I bought some wireless add-on's to my Arduino some time ago. I forgot what they are, and don't have the packaging. It seems to be either an RF transceiver or a WI-FI module. Would anyone happen to know what this is or the make and model?

If you do a Google search on;

'Arduino Wireless Module'

And click the 'Images' tab

You will see several pictures that are almost identical to your picture, and tell you what the device is.
