What's the maximum supported capacity of the micro sd card? also how fast should the card be?

Good question.  The SD card itself is an SPI device.  the 74AHC125 chip on the board is simply a tri-state buffer. 

The Arduino libraries support FAT16 and FAT32 format.  FAT32 in theory can support up to 2Tb, but Microsoft crippled it in DOS to 32Gb.

I do not know if there is an Arduino library for NTFS.

So, if the files are to be read on a PC, and the SD card is formatted as FAT32, then 32Gb is your upper limit.

No clue on the speed.
