Hi,
I have tested Anker Current out, it seems much more than it should be!

But its claimed to handle 4.8A  (Actually a USB socket is not rated for that, its probably designed for 2.4A per
output socket).

The state of charge of the lithium cell will affect the max current, as will the temperature.  The control circuit will cut out on over current and also if the cell voltage drops too much under load.
