in particular how to wiring for example with a lamp.

My problem is that I'm not able to find the pinout of the shield.
I already work with different relay board with Arduino but not this particular one

For pinout I mean the meaning of all the pin on the shield.

I know that the pins that control the relays are written in the links.

Man not the pin of Arduino but the other pin of the shield!!
There are a lot of pins or connectors on the shield

I research before asking but in that links there are not all the pins
like the blue connector on the two sides of the board.

please not be angry with me!

I ask only if the is a tutorial for this shield.
