You can't tell just by looking at it, you need the data sheet or ask the people you bought it from.

I see three rows of ten 1-watt LEDs, so 30watt.
Vf should be about 33volt with a current of 900mA.

Its pretty common for 1W dies to be used in these LED arrays, but there's no guarantee. If there's no datasheet available, caveat emptor.
