Hi,is there a way that I can use to find the left ,right and ground pins of that female audio port?

If you have a multimeter -
Plug-in a male-to-male cable and "ohm it out". The tip is left and the ring is right (
reference
). Or if you have a cable like
this
, red is right.

stereo 3.5mm jack or socket is the correct search term, tip/ring/sleeve = left/right/ground, the pinouts of most connectors are easily found by an image search.
