I don't understand how to connect this mosfet to arduino to control my (high amps about 15a and low volts 2-3) leds, could anyone show me how to connect it, do i need to use anything more, like resistors or something?


That will dissipate 5.5W, so a medium sized heatsink will be required.
The standard MOSFET connection is required.  150 gate resistor, source to GND, drain to load-, +ve supply to load+

There are much better MOSFETs for high current like this, down to 2 milliohms or so, reducing the heatsinking requirements.

Are you wanting to use PWM?  If so a gate driver chip may be a good idea to keep switching losses under control.

LEDs need resistors of course, irrespective of how you switch them.
