Hi,
I have a unipolar 2.9V 2.4A, 1.8 deg/step stepper motor which I wish to drive and I cannot find a driver anywhere that will do it. I plan to use an Arduino to provide the variable speed which I will set with a pot. I have looked on Aliexpress, Ebay etc but cannot find a driver for this amount of current. Any suggestions??

Post some info (webpage link, brand name & part #, etc.) on the motor, if it's a 6 or 8 wire motor, maybe it can be wired bipolar.

First please post the link to the datasheet for your motor.  Do this for any hardware you mention so we are on the same page please.

How many wires is the motor?  Only 5 wire motors are unipolar-only.
