That's simple: not.
And that's of course not just because there's a DHT11 in the list.
Quality of answers is related to the quality of questions. Good questions will get good answers. Useless answers are a sign of a poor question.

It is remarkably accurate to predict that the weather tomorrow will be about the same as the weather today. 

About 70% of the time, you will be dead on!

If the weather changes every 5 minutes today, 70% of the time it will change every 5 minutes tomorrow.

In my town, we judge the weather by looking toward Skinner's Butte. If you can't see it, it is raining. If you can, it is going to rain.

If you find a way to predict the Weather with an Arduino, let  the UK Met Office know, they seem to think they need to spend £1.2 Billion on a new micro for the same job;

No i mean like this kinds of weather stations, which predict sun or rain or clouds, without data from the internet, only from the onboard sensors

Do a Goggle search on 'weather barometer', these devices attempt to predict the weather based on air pressure.

I doubt they are very accurate.

I would start by taking a course in meteorology which is:  Meteorology is the study of the atmosphere. Meteorologists use science and math to understand and predict weather and climate. They also study how the atmospheric and weather conditions affect the earth and its human inhabitants. No where in the world that I know about can it be done reliably even with millions in computer hardware, sensors etc. How good is your local weather person.  This response is to help you get started in solving your problem, not solve it for you.

Please tell us how many types of weather you want to predict.

Notice the little weather display is next to the barometer. There is your clue. The long term barometric pressure is either increasing, decreasing, or staying the same. Decide how to determine which of the three is occurring with your system. Then if the pressure is increasing, the sun is likely to shine. If the pressure is decreasing, clouds will obscure the sun. If the pressure is steady, weather is what it is.

Maybe you can try the Zambretti algorithm or Zambretti forecaster.

I hadn't heard of the Zambretti algorithm, but there are several implementations, such as http://www.beteljuice.co.uk/zambretti/forecast.html

Interestingly, there is this comment on the above site:

An interesting one, never heard of it. Claims to be quite accurate for the next 12 hours, that is... Good enough for that day, indeed. Definitely good (and simple!) enough for classroom use.

But I wonder how well it works for different parts of the world: it's developed for UK weather, which is very different from the subtropical zones I live. I notice the local weather services are generally far more accurate (3-7 days ahead) in winter than in summer.

Of course the "what was it yesterday?" method still works quite well.
