Topic: MKR Battery Not Charging (Read 273 times) previous topic - next topic

Hello all,

I have been using an MKR wifi 1010 with a 3.7V 1000 mAh LIPO battery successfully for a few months now, but suddenly after 0 wiring or code changes the battery will not charge and shows as 0v when connected to my DMM, and there is 0 v across it even when connected and the mkr is externally powered. This leads me to believe it is a charge controller issue; either it is broken or it senses a fault with the battery.

The CHRG light turns on for a few seconds on boot then turns off; should I be ordering a new MKR, a new battery, or both?
