They  should contact you shortly.

Bob.

It may not be the answer you were looking for but its the one I am giving based on either experience, educated guess, google (who would have thunk it ! ) or the fact that you gave nothing to go with in the first place so I used my wonky crystal ball.

I tried using your "Contact Us" form but it doesn't seem to be working. I also accidentally posted this in the wrong place, so I'm sorry if it looks like spam, but it's been really hard to get help with my order. Anyway, here's the message I tried to submit:
"I'm concerned that my order hasn't shipped. according you your Shipping Policy "Orders entered before 1:30 pm EDT (GMT-4) Mon-Fri we make our best effort to ship the same day and guarantee the next business day shipping. Orders entered before 4:30 pm EDT (GMT-4) Mon-Sun ship next business day." I placed my order around 10AM EDT on 9/24, so I would have expected it to have shipped by now. I understand if it's just related to the pandemic or something like that, but just want some feedback. I will check for a response (and hopefully a tracking number) in my arduino profile/message box thingy, but if you have any questions please call me at the phone number on my order, that's what it's for. Also, I have some customer feedback: YOU NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER REALLY BAD. It was very difficult to figure out how to get my order status from your website. Thanks. "

A reminder posted for upstairs.

Sorry about any delays but holiday season is upon them so it may just be delayed a little for responses.

It seems you had chosen local post service which takes longer to arrive.
You do have a ticket open with Customer support and I can confirm that.
