interaction between button linked with Arduino and Hall effect

Hello everyone
My problem is the interaction between button linked with Arduino and Hall effect...
When touching the Arduino PIN,  Arduino jiggle between HIGH and LOW
Sometimes it wavered between HIGH and LOW by itself without pressing the button
please help me

What Arduino? What button? What Hall effect? What code? Where is your circuit diagram or at least a clear photo of what you are talking about?

It sounds like "Arduino PIN" is floating i.e. not connected to anything. If so then it could read anything at any time.
