Hack Led shoes Microcontroller

Hi,

first thing first, sorry, if this is not the correct forum for it ( I would appreciate if indicated)

I recently received some LED lights + microcontroller & battery (savaged from a pair of cheap LED shoes) similar to the picture below.

In the PCB it is marked F22-A and the battery is labelled SANBAO.
Please, could somebody indicate if microcontroller is know, if it could be reprogrammed ... etc.
I would like to use for another project and as the core has already both microC, battery and is casted in resin (so no problems with water and other liquids...)

Thanks and best regards,

EDIT: Found another picture

It's one of those generic unmarked 8-pin microcontrollers from China. They are one-time-programmable, so you will not be able to re-program it.

Thanks, I was fearing that even if the IC was identified as outputs pins seem to be connected through some type of switch (BJT/MOSFET maybe) IC would not be programmable...

Best regards
