...you have to make it easy for them. Remember these three things:
  • People don't want to download anything just to be able to help you
  • People don't want to download anything just to be able to help you
  • People don't want to download anything just to be able to help you

That means everything of importance must be shown in your post, not in links, not in attachments.
Don't just put an image in an attachment. Insert it as an image into your text also.
Don't attach your example code as a .ino file. Put the code into your text instead.
Don't attach a pdf file. Copy-paste the important parts into your text instead.
Don't just put a download link of an image into your text, just because your cloud only provides download links to images. Download it yourself, attach it to your post, insert the image properly into your text.
More trouble this way? Exactly! You take that trouble. We take the trouble helping you with the issues you really need help with.

That's certainly important, but as well, as a well presented question, you MUST explain the problem FOR US.

YOU already know what's NOT happening, but not WHY...

if you think through how you're going to EXPLAIN  it to us - that will often be enough for you to recognise the 'why' it's not working.
Experienced responders have a nose for laziness, (they were beginners once)... Sure, there are trolls, chest-beaters, and pretenders - but the help you'll get here is about as good as it gets - if you try to help youself!.
