Hi,

I have a piece of hardware with several buttons which is connected to a communication board (RF)
Now I need to get the data/signals that our send from the main board to the external communication board, when I push a button.
The comm board is connected with 4 wires.
1 ground
1 power (9V)
2 others

How can I detect which data is sent to the comm board ?

I'm sorry, but you can't do this. You are much too far out of your depth. If you wish to learn Arduino, buy a starter kit and work through some tutorials. Then try some basic projects, then more advanced projects. In 1 to 3 years, you may have enough experience and knowledge to return to reverse-engineering the boards shown in your picture.
