Looks a nano or something in there? That's not a duemilanove. What's the relay board you are using?
I wanted a way to easily turn lights on and off, have it wireless controlled, have no computer running, and have the price as low as possible. To accomplish this, I instead used an arduino duemilanove with an ethernet shield and 433 MHz RF sender, it then sends a message to an arduino with a matching receiver, and changes the pin set in the message.Source codes can be found here: http://captain-slow.dk/2011/08/21/easy-modular-home-automation/
Very nice! I always cringe when opening home automation related threads on this board for fear of seeing another example where a user has thrown together something with duct tape, inappropriate wiring, no grounding, and tapped it directly into mains voltage. Was pleasantly surprised to see that this was NOT one of those projects Nice clean build. What is the red breakout board in the picture? Power supply?
which power supply is it? I'm always looking for a power supply to run something and this one is small; was it cheap too?
