I am an interested Arduino buyer but haven't yet made a purchase as I'm trying to determine if the WiFi version can support my needs.

I want to build a project with the WiFi version whereupon initial Bluetooth pairing, I want to be able to disable pairing and WiFi access to the board from other devices through a custom application I design on the intial paired device (smart phone), with the option to re-enable it, again through the custom application on the initial paired device.

Is this possible with this WiFi version?

Or do I need to look at third-party Bluetooth add-ons for the non-WiFi version?

The lack of responses suggests there's no easy way to disable pairing programmatically once the Arduino WiFi has already been paired to a device?

I want to "lock down" this potential security access and only re-enable Wifi Access Point and Bluetooth from the smart phone app or through a USB connection as this will be installed in a vehicle and will be very exposed in public.
