Cannot upload NodeMCU 1.0 example through Arduino IDE to NodeMCU

Dear Stefan,

Thanks for your help! My computer runs in Wins10.
There still no change after reconnecting the nodemcu through USB to Arduino IDE directly, and also no change at COM6 & COM8.
