IRF520 driver module suitable for my project?

I em searching for the most efficient and easiest solution
for my project.

Would this driver module be suitable?

Some one in the customer reviews wrote that he could use it with a ESP8266.

The remaining question would be whether this driver module could be used in a way that
only then power is consumed if the circuit is closed / brake is set or while switching?

Something to think about. The ESP8266 is a 3V3 device the threshold for the IRF520 if 4V. That tells me it will not work!

No. Use logic level MOSFETs with 3.3 to 5V systems.
