MKR 1300 USB Not recognized

Hi all,

I have shorted my mkr wan 1300 board. seems nothing on board is fried but it says USB not recognized.
Board is powering up.

Is there any way to fix it?

Hello,
Do you use a urethane cushion under the board?
MKR board has a reset pad on its back.
I've realized that urethane makes reset. now in my environment It's very stable since without urethane.
