Hello All,

i am planning on trying to make something like Ludo (german: Mensch ärger dich nicht) or checkers work on a simple display (10-15 inches maybe) with help of arduino. I am a complete beginner and want to investigate, if that is feasible with arduino technology. So here are my questions.

- Is it generally possible to do so with arduino and some TFT Touch Display or similar?
- Which specific requirements should i take care of?

Would be very grateful for any answer! Many thanks in advance!

Best,
Jan

Jan,

This sounds like a job for raspberry pi that has python support for simple gaming design capabilities. Arduino is too limited. I can't imagine an Arduino driving a display that large with no significant lags. I wouldn't use Arduino for this.
