I would assume it will work fairly well, but I have no experience with it. Be sure you get the connection information etc, none of that showed up with your link.

Without a good datasheet you're going to have to characterize its performance yourself - is it worth it?

[ I'd be worried the temperature independence isn't very good, or the basic accuracy is less than
you hope for ]

The system infers the percentage of oxygen in a mixture from the speed of sound in the gas . It is basically measuring density and as such is highly temperature dependant , and affected by what you put through it ( humidity of air would affect it ?)
