Note sure I understand the question (or the explanation)? That looks like a perfectly good schematic diagram to me.The coil is shown connected between pin 1 and pin 16
There are two "form-C" (SPDT) switches, 4-6-8 and 9-11-13
The common pins are 4 and 13
The normally closed pins are 6 and 11 i.e. 4 is connected to 6 (and 13 to 11)when the coil is NOT energized.
The normally open pins are 8 and 9 i.e. 4 is connected to 8 (and 13 to 9) when the coil IS energized.
