Ohms are measure of resistance.
Designing & building electrical circuits for over 25 years.  Screw Shield for Mega/Due/Uno,  Bobuino with ATMega1284P, & other '328P & '1284P creations & offerings at  my website.

The unit of resistance that when one amp flows through it develops one volt across it.

Or put another way it is the constant of proportionality between voltage and current.

You measure the value of resistors in them.

Ohms are measure of resistance.

And of reactance (capacitance reactance and inductive reactance) in the case of AC circuits.

'ohms are where Cockneys live.
