Im looking wireless control my model light house. i want to be able to turn the lighthouse on and off and be able to dim the lights on the lighthouse. i have a uno and a relay shield that has an xbee dock and a light controller that needs a 0-10ma signal, is there a way i can use an arduino product that can generate a 0-10 ma signal to feed my dimmer unit? that can be controlled via xbee in conjunction with the relay shield? see attached picture

That is a current, you need to know what sort of voltage that represents.
You need to post a link to the data sheet of the device you want to control.
