1.3" SPI ST7789 display breakout vs plugin modules?

Hi guys,

Im currently running the 1.3" 240x240 displays breakout boards off an esp32 via spi.
In my application the space is supertight, so id like to seperate display and drive circuit. Ive found a supplier that delivers the pure screen either as 12 pin weld (as on those boards) or 24 pin plugin.
Looking at the breakout board, there are a few parts on there:

-J3Y smd transistor
-capacitator unknown
-resistor 10 ohm
-resistor 1k ohm
-resistor 10k ohm

Does anyone have an idea what they are for?

From what ive tried to measure and follow:
BLK pin runs via 1k ohm resistor to the lower left foot of the transistor. Lower right is tied to GND. Upper pin routes via 10 ohm resistor to screen pin 2 (LED kathode).
The lower sides of the capacitator and 10k ohm resistor are tied to the +3.3v.
The upper sides connect to the lower left foot of the transistors. Looks like a pullup circuit, but i dont understand the capacitator there.

Can anyone explain what this circuit is for?

Thanks
Hank
