Whatever works for your locality.
For me, it's mostly Taobao - typically 2-7 days, depending on seller, where they're located (Shenzhen is much faster than Beijing or Shanghai) & shipping method used. RS-Components 1-3. Element14 was 6-7 days for the one order I placed with them (had to come from Singapore - barely 4 hours flight - still it took that long). Never tried Digikey, Mouser or e-bay for components.
Aliexpress may also work for you, never used them as many there seem to ship from US based warehouses, which takes ages to get to me (if they ship here at all, plus the cost, makes it a no-go).
