Hello, maybe someone could suggest me some Arduino friendly 10cmx10cm lcd? It can be 1cm +/-
Are you talking a character or pixel LCD? Might be easier for us if you post links to the displays you find and then we tell you if it will work with Arduino okay.
I prefer pixel lcd, this is something what could fit my needs: http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-7-320x240-Graphic-LCD-Module-RA8835-SED1335-Controller-Optional-Touch-Panel-/290979521122?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43bfbb2262
A quick look for Arduino code/libraries to drive the RA8835/SED1335 controllers yields no useful results though there was some C code (linked from your ebay page) for an 8080 that may adapt. The display module will use a lot of pins unless you use external components to reduce this. It will also need a lot of RAM (>9K) if you intend on keeping a copy of the display buffer in the Arduino memory.
Or maybe this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pantalla-Sharp-LCD-5-7-320x240-LQ057Q3DC12-/131485291629?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_186&hash=item1e9d22546d just cant find the size

I cannot see what controller chip the display uses but it is not really suitable for Arduino anyway as it needs timed signals like a VGA monitor.
