10uF where to put it confused?

Hi im confused as to where I put the 10uF Cap on an UNO

do I put it on an UNO that needs to be programmed or
on the UNO that is acting as the programmer

this is the statement that confuses me

5.Wire your Arduino board to the target as shown in the diagram below. (Note for the Arduino Uno: you'll need to add a 10 uF capacitor between reset and ground.)

only thing now is that raises 1 more question please

seeing as the "programmer" uses pin 10 as its Reset line

do I attach the cap from True Reset line (pin1) to Ground

or Pin10 to Ground

True reset. You are trying to stop the programmer being reset when the sketch is uploaded through it.
