12V DC relay activated by Laser Only, not ambient light or a flashlight

Good Day,

Ambient light and a flashlight are causing control issues with my relay.

Is there a Sensor or Circuit I might add that is Laser Sensitive Only?

Remote controls use modulated/coded light to ignore 'constant light' sources.

Tell us more about your project.
There might be other solutions.
