12V for W27C010

Hi!

I'm making a programmer for W27C010 EEPROM.
When it comes to writing, datasheet says that you need to output 12V to Vpp.

Is there any way to output 12V with Arduino or is there other way to write to W27C010 without Vpp?

not directly from the pins. use some transistor / MOSFET to drive the required output

is there other way to write to W27C010 without Vpp

if the doc states you need Vpp to 12V then you need it...
