15 Amps 400 W Mosfet PWM circuit diagram?

Hello, I am a middle school student and I am thinking of buying 15 a 400 W MOSFET PWM controller and want to know how the circuit works. If anyone is kind enough to draw a circuit diagram for this controller, I would very much appreciate it.

Just buy it and trace the printed wiring.

At least for a change it seems the MOSFET used on this particular board is a logic level one.

The markings on those resistors used appear to show very low values. Don't know what's up with that, probably just reading it wrong.

Don't PWM at too high frequency, as you may have a problem with switching speed (two beefy MOSFETs is a lot of gate charge) and heating when used at high currents.

We generally buy a component or module with an application in mind. Did you have an application in mind or did you just want one? Looks like the drawing Mark took time to post, so what's the plan?

It's for controlling a fairly large RC car. The peak current at the initial acceleration is around 12 A and decreases to about 7. I was wondering if this module can handle the job.

Did you look up the on-resistance of that particular MOSFET? From that and the max current you can
determine the heat dissipation (P = I^2 R). If the total for the 2 MOSFETs is under 1W the unit will
survive, under 100mW and it won't be getting super hot either.
