MEMORY, FLASH, SPI, 32M, 16SOP, Part # A25L032N-F

After thinking about those 16 megabyte modules, i went looking on ebay, and i found chinese manufactures selling 16meg SIMM except there's only 1 IC lol.. it occurred to me these are selling new products and new chips for old memory to trick buyers ... so could the same technique be used to increase memory? use say 3 16megbyte IC's and remove the 2 - 4 meg modules on a real board?...

It is a diffrent sort of memory, this is flash that was DRAM.
You write to it in a diffrent way. Flash has a limit to the number of times you can write to it where as DRAM does not.
