I have found an LCD 1602 Series that has a specific pin layout on the PCB that is a good fit for a direct replacement screen for a particular piece of hardware that uses the standard HD44780 controller.
However, most of the pins follow the order of the HD44780, except PIN 01 and PIN 02. Currently, PIN 01 is 5V, and PIN 02 is GND. I would like it if these were the other way round.

Is this something I could possibly get manufactured myself using the same PCB design quite easily and cheaply, but with the two pins previously mentioned changed?
I have contacted the email in the data sheet to see if they can address this, but not heard anything as yet.
