1MHz bootloader

Is there a 1MHz bootloader for the arduino that I can burn on to it. When I search I just find forum posts about people trying to figure it out but I swear I had a board listing for it once a long time ago. Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks.

I guess ultimately Id still like to use an external crystal so a 4MHz bootloader would be more helpful, that's the easiest to find crystal for me. But I am also interested in any internal oscillator bootloaders too.

There are instructions (and a board definition download) here for the internal 8MHz oscillator:

Unless you need good accuracy of clock frequency or low power then why us an 4Mhz external crystal when the chip will run twice the speed using it's internal 8Mhz oscillator.

Because I would like both low power and good accuracy
