Like many of you I have purchased several TFT displays from China only to spend a lot of time trying to get them to work due to inconsistant quality or different driver chips. I found a new vendor on AliExpress that has several different 2.8" displays that work. They supply library's and several sketch examples for them, all the examples work. And they promptly answer technical questions. This is the link to the displays:

They are not Adafruit displays, they are working. They come from the vendor listed in the first post, the vendor supplied working code. I posted this to help others looking for working displays with working library's and example sketches.
